EXPLICIT CONSENT REGARDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
I acknowledge that I have fully read and understood Privacy Notice and that adequate information was given by BAD WORKS KUYUMCULUK VE FİLM YAPIM SANAYİ VE TİC. A.Ş. (“BirceAkalayDesign”) regarding the processing of my personal data in the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and that I will be able to take my explicit consent off anytime.
In this context, my e-mail and telephone personal data are processed for the stated purpose and limited, by keeping them for the maximum period of time required and possibly for the legal statute of limitations, and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 15 July 2015. I accept that I have given my free will to send commercial electronics as a service provider within the scope of the Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 04 January 2020, that I have been informed by BirceAkalayDesign in a way that leaves no room for hesitation, and that I have expressly consented within the framework of the Law, and I declare.
