RETURN POLICY
BAD WORKS KUYUMCULUK VE FİLM YAPIM SANAYİ VE TİC. A.Ş. BirceAkalayDesign applies a 15 (fifteen) day return policy for unused products. You can return the product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt without stating any reason. Our conditions for your return request to be accepted:

You will be informed via the e-mail address that you shared with us during the purchase process, after the product reaches BirceAkalayDesign and the necessary examinations are made. If your return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to your account within 15 days.
You can also request the exchange of the product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the product. The conditions required for the approval of the exchange request are the same as the return conditions. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the customer. BirceAkalayDesign does not accept responsibility for cargo lost or damaged during the return and exchange process.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must not be a personalized design produced in line with the Buyer's request.
- The product and its accessories must not be damaged.
- Return request must be sent to us within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the product via e-mail.
- The invoice of the product must be attached to the return shipment.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer placing the order.
