SHIPPING POLICY

1. After we receive your payment, we will send you an email with your order confirmation.

2. Since our products are produced with pre-order, we will start a production process that will take a maximum of 15 days from the day of your order.

3. Your order, whose production has been completed, will be delivered to your address within 1-3 working days by Yurtiçi Kargo in Turkey and by DHL abroad.

4. After your product is delivered to the cargo, a cargo tracking number will be sent to you by SMS/E-mail.

5. Birce Akalay Design is not responsible for any import taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees, including any other surcharges, for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be required to clear your order from customs.

6. Birce Akalay Design is under the responsibility and assurance of your product until it is delivered to you by the cargo company.

7. Production processes are mostly carried out by hand work. Therefore, production and delivery may rarely exceed the specified time.

8. Prepared orders are delivered to the cargo company except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

9. The cargo company delivers except Sunday and public holidays.

10. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the cargo company will leave a visit notice. If you do not contact the cargo company within 3 days after the visit notice is left at your address, the cargo company will return the package to Birce Akalay Design.

11. When you receive your cargo, please check the security tape on it and if there is any opening, request a report be taken before receiving the product. If you receive your product, you agree that the delivery is complete.
